A landmark building in a Cumbrian town could be sold, as a council bids to tackle a deficit of more than £1m.
Eden District Council operates from offices in the Town Hall, Mansion House and Corney Square, Penrith.
A feasibility study will now be carried out to see if its offices could all be based on one site.
