PANAMA CITY—Panamanian President Ricardo Martinelli says a mansion once owned by former dictator Manuel Noriega will be knocked down to make way for a park since the government hasn’t found any buyers. Martinelli says the site will be called “Memory Park” and will help remind Panamanians of all the damage Noriega did to the country.
