SOUTH BEND — The Kizer house, the turreted Romanesque mansion at 803 W. Washington St., will have new residents after all.
Indiana Landmarks Inc., the non-profit agency that owns the vacant circa-1891 mansion, plans to restore it and move its own offices two blocks west to occupy part of the building, said Todd Zeiger, northern regional director of the agency.
