There was a time back in 2014 when a 3-BR, 3.75-bath house on the south slope of Queen Anne was the most expensive residence in all of Seattle, asking $11.5M. Since then as the 6,820 square-foot home has remained on the market, lots of other more expensive places have flooded the market. Meanwhile, this Queen Anne one has slowly dropped it’s price, with the latest drop coming just last week as it chopped it’s way down to $10.45M.
