Mississauga mansion won’t be named after Irish cement company | Toronto Star

A historic mansion on Mississauga’s western lakefront, that has become a cherished property purchased and restored by the city after it fell into disrepair, will not be named after an Irish cement company.

The former Holcim Waterfront Estate will be renamed after its original owners, and not CRH (Cement Roadstone Holdings), a concrete company that had bought the next-door Mississauga operation, which helped restore some of the estate.
