Medieval triathlon at Hedingham Castle raises cash for Colchester Samaritans
Clash of Knights Triathlon at Hedingham Castle. The 12th Century re-enactment society, Historia Normannis, staged the triathlon challenge in aid of Colchester Samaritans.
