The Canada Revenue Agency has placed liens on the Toronto mansion of former media baron Conrad Black for more than $15 million in unpaid taxes.
“It’s nonsense, but we will sort it out judicially, and I will have no further comment until it has been resolved,” Black said in an email.
A lien against Black’s Georgian-style residence at 26 Park Lane Circle was registered for unpaid taxes of $12,307,717.55 on May 6, according to Land Registry documents.
