Landmarks, including Belfast Castle and Wembley Stadium, will light up tonight in spectacular colour to mark World Neurofibromatosis Awareness Day.

So far over 50 sites across the UK and Ireland – and more than 130 worldwide – have agreed to shine a light on the condition which causes disfiguring, painful tumours to grow on the nerves, and can be fatal.
