The historic Armstrong House, home for a nearly half-century to a storied Savannah law firm — and earlier to Armstrong Junior College — has been sold to hotelier Richard C. Kessler, owner of The Mansion on Forsyth Park, the Bohemian Hotel on the Savannah Riverfront and developer of Plant Riverside on West River Street.
