Cardiff council say there are ‘no plans’ to sell off city’s Mansion House – Wales Online

Cardiff council has said it is looking at the future of the city’s historic Mansion House – but has no plans to sell it.

In papers published to the city council’s cabinet, it says advisors have been hired to undertake an “options appraisal” of the prime building.

That review has cost £20,000 but city bosses say that amount is assessing a number of different council assets.

The Grade II listed building is on Cardiff’s Richmond Road.
