Internet mogul Kim Dotcom’s former mansion in Coatsville has been sold, after spending four months on the market.

The 12-bedroom house had a rateable value of $23.55 million in 2014. It was listed for sale earlier this year, under sale by tender.

Barfoot & Thompson would not provide details on the buyer or purchase price due to a confidentiality agreement, but said the mansion attracted international interest.
