Wealthy Chinese buyers have stimulated a sluggish Gold Coast prestige market with a spate of gigantic sales.
The latest, a $15.5 million sale of an Isle of Capri mansion, The Corso, has high-end agents forecasting a market “revival”.
In April, 159 Hedges Avenue sold for $13.25 million, which was followed by an $11 million sale of 18-20 Southern Cross Drive in Surfers Paradise. And all homes were purchased by Chinese migrants.
