A visit to Chepstow Castle isn’t complete without a 26-foot dive head first into the moat – if you’re a professional cliff diver that is.

Blake Aldridge, Tom Daley’s diving partner from the 2008 Beijing Olympics, conquered the 11th century castle in Monouthshire as he made his way towards Pembrokeshire for this weekend’s Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series .
