American catering company Aramark will take over Highcliffe Castle Tearooms, as former contract holder warns the deal could put “a lot of local businesses in jeopardy.”
 

US Aramark Corporation – which provides prison food and school meals – will take over the running of the Tearooms on April 1, after Christchurch Borough Council agreed to sell the lease.
