The Lake Butler Mansion, nicknamed Versailles because of its size and grandeur, was to be the dream palace for timeshare king David Siegel and his extended family. Then the economic meltdown hit his timeshare business hard, and he is now trying to sell the unfinished home for $65 million as is. A finished price hasn’t been determined, but agent Lorraine Barrett said it will take $25 million to finish the project.
