Perched high in the hills of our fair city, architect Michael Rostami’s architectural palace has come onto the market for $5.985 million.
Realtor.com tells us that Rostami and Unicon Builders constructed the 5,500-square-foot house in 2009. It was listed nearly a year ago for the slightly pricier sum of $6.75 million. Buyers might now consider the mansion a bargain if they’re in the market for four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a guest house that comprises over 1,000 square feet.
