PROPERTY developer Marcus Cooper has struck two new leasing deals with the Crown Estate on properties at Regent’s Park in a bid to create one of Britain’s most expensive homes.
The 47-year-old entrepreneur plans to combine a row of seven terraced properties at 6-10 Cambridge Terrace and 1-2 Chester Gate into “London’s first £200m property,” he said in a statement.
